Pathetic. Terrible service. Highly disgusted with the staff and their complete lack of respect for customers. Even though I completed a survey and received a call from management, nothing has changed. I've been waiting for more than 2 weeks for a call from the food and beverage manager regarding the disgusting rump steak they prepared for my mother and still nothing.
Exciting time even though I'm not much of a gambler, loved the food, maybe the menu might need a little revisit from time to time to add vibrancy...
Poor waitress services at restaurant, machines hardly pays out if they do it's very little compare to other provinces..Flamingo needs to benchmark to make the Flamingo Casino the centre of attraction for Kimberley..review the way you run your business..I was not happy with what I have observed many times..Kimberley resident
Sufficient free parking and good security. Making use of their conference facilities means good food/hospitality and friendly waiters. More innovative dessert recipies/options other than the usual chocolate mouse will be welcome!
I know it's a casino and a fancy place; but really you don't have to be that expensive. Now that we are talking about fancy anyway... Saturday(22/09/18) night your class dropped like to one star if you ask me... because in Bar 129(sorry is I have the name wrong) some of the other women customers started screaming very loudly along to all the songs that were played for hours on end, and none of the staff didn't even try to make them stop. It was so bad, our group could not even hear each other talking... so we moved to to lapa area outside; not that it really helped at all!!!
