Good food and friendly staff. Management should assign waiters to cover other tables when withdrawing thee assigned waiter for whatever reason.
I have called in to order 2 large pizzas and told to pick it up in 20 minutes and it was done when I got there. Staff was friendly and helpful. The manager on duty is also very friendly and helpful. One thing that bothered me is that I ordered the special that was supposed to come with a 1 litre coke and had to ask for it and then was told they ran out, this should of been conveyed to me when I called, then they wanted to give me 2 milkshakes but I don't drink milkshakes. So please do advertise a special if you don't have it. Other than that, the pizzas are always delicious and the staff very nice. I do recommend it.
Not my best experience at a Panarottis ever! We arrived, were shown to our seats, we waited 15 minutes for a waiter to notice us. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time, after waiting a literal hour and 15 minutes we still hadn't received anything and needed to be somewhere else so we ended up leaving very unhappy. Maybe they were just having an off day but it was disappointing.
A young Caucasian gentleman was our waiter, about a week ago, when we had breakfast! He treated me and my other half, as though were royalty! Food was GREAT! Thanx 'Pannos'
We had a breakfast in a group of 23 and service were excellent friendly and fast.
