Fantastic service was type 2 diabetic now in full remission and COPD so well under control I havent used any inhalers for over a year. As well as excellent support after two operations.
Unfortunately a lot of the staff are extremely rude, including a couple of the receptionists (Linda is extremely rude and unhelpful). Also when ringing up it's very difficult to get an appointment, often having to wait 2-3 weeks, and the receptionists (a couple of them) often will not book you in unless you tell them in detail what you wish to discuss with the doctor. A couple of the visiting doctors are amazing (so it's very difficult to get an appointment with those), but the rest are so unhelpful with comments like 'what do you expect me to do about it' and actually laughing at patients, nurses taking personal phone calls whilst with you, and during personal examinations. This should be absolutely unacceptable.
Excellent medical practice - good choice of appointments, a very good online service and the Healthcare professionals are superb.

I have always found all the staff from doctors, nurses and reception staff to be helpful, considerate and thorough. Can usually get an appointment within a couple of days. Would happily recommend this practise.
