Had to rearrange appointment they said if i do then i will be taken off the system and not be allowed back. Cant fault the receptionist she was just going from the words of the dentist. She was quite rude and not understanding in the slightest. I will be joining either eastwood dentist or ilkeston dentist as heard they are much better!
Just been here ... and i will not be going back! The dentists manner was out of order .... be was rude and intimidating towards me ... made me feel like a small child .... i dont usually do reviews . But feel i have to speak out .... awful ... even told me to go private
If u rate out of a percentage i would rate 1% this place is rubbish really bad staff and useless dentists they dont want to do anything GO TO EASTWOOD GREAT DENTIST
I don't like the dentist and hadn't been for 15 year. I've been going here for a few years now and havent got about complaints, they are always friendly and helpful.
Totally rubbish dental practice, avoid at all costs!!! I told them numerous times that my front tooth which is a crown was cracked,they weren't bothered!!Eventually part of it fell out and they didn't want to sort it!!They were more bothered about me suing them than fixing my broken crown!!
