They had the perfect car in stock but coil pack failed after a week. 200 warranty was useless in helping and chasing car arena for advise or good will help was a pain too. In the end it has cost my 500 to put right. Funny how helpful people are until you do buy a car.

Awful, unprofessional company. I phoned about a car that is detailed on their website. The lad I spoke with named Rash said he would look into it and phone me back. To date, he still hasn't phoned!. Later that day, my wife phoned to inquire about the same car. She told me that the person she spoke with was rude and abrupt. He told her that the car was sold. She then asked about a different car which is advertised on their website and was told that this car is also sold. He then asked "is that it then?" and put the phone down. We had 1000's to spend with them....this money has now gone to the highly professional and friendly company The Car People in Rotherham. The Car Arena should take a leaf out of their book! As a footnote, the two cars we inquired about are still being advertised on their website 5 days later!! I dread to think what the service would be like if, god forbid, I had actually purchased a car from them.
I wish I'd read the other reviews before I interacted with this company! Rang at the start of the week to enquire about a car. Got told they would ring straight back, they didn't, we had to chase. Discussed and then put a deposit down on a car as we lived the other side of the country and wouldn't be able to get to them until the weekend. Yesterday we got a call to say, sorry, we've already sold this car! It seems their fool proof system of securing a car in your name is to write it on a board so everyone can see it's sold....very technical stuff. Although in this case the salesman 'forgot' to write it down so no one knew and they have been happily accepting and receiving deposit payments on the same car from other customers. The Sales Director, Shaun, was apologetic and just couldn't understand how it can possibly have happened. Which is where reading previous reviews would have alerted me that this is a common occurrence! Seems twice more in the past month they've accepted deposits on cars that they have no intention of selling to you. Seems very dodgy to me. Thankfully there are plenty of car dealerships out there so I consider this to be a lucky escape reading through review on their after care service.
Really really please with my buy, love the way I was dealt with it was a very good experience, left to look around the car with no pushy salesman breathing down my neck, when I needed assistance and asked I got the assistance I needed, got a good PX price, got a full 12MOT I requested, the salesmen was great , all I can say is am well please with my new car loving it, a massive thanks to the staff at the car arena.
